Ep. #12: Tamala Shaw & Gale Shaw - Healed People Heal People

In this episode Gale Shaw and Tamala Shaw, mother and daughter, chat with me in a very honest, open, raw, loving, compassionate way, honouring, full of wisdom and sometimes humour about their life and journey through:

Tamala Shaw is a Certified Health Coach and a trained Life Coach. Diagnosed as a Co-dependent, it was her goal to understand the traits and learn how to live a healthier life. She started a company, Co-Dependent Me, holding meetings to support others that were in recovery for codependency. She is also the host of Co-Dependent Me podcast where I was a guest. Tamala co-authored with her mother, Gale Shaw, “God Turned Mommy's Wine Into Water: The Journey of Alcoholism and Co-Dependency”. She also co-authored “Radiant Careers and Radiant Relationships” with other holistic coaches trained at Radiant Institute.

Gale Shaw is a trained Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, certified by the State of Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. She provides direct peer-to-peer support to individuals who have suffered with substance abuse.
